About This Role Adventist Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for their Med Surg Unit. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about providing compassionate care and mentoring others in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Facility: White Oak Medical Center

Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift (7:00am-7:00pm, 3 shifts per week)

What You’ll Do Educate patients and families through the continuum of care.

Serve as role models to Level I nurses.

Use equipment and technology correctly to maximize efficiency.

Develop a plan of care according to patient population.

Mentor students, colleagues, and team members in patient-centered care.

Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical care.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience required

Licenses & Certifications: Current Maryland State nursing license
